I do have a smurf account that Signia and I only use for comp, my third friend has cheated and played on the account and logged on to Invex. I came on one after noon on my main account and tried to log on to Invex and found that I had been banned by console for a duplicate account.

You cheated on the account from your computer.
Sure your friend could have cheating at your house on your computer but that is on you.
The ban is valid and will remain.
