Byte, Randomly activates on everyone when they are not AFK and the entire server gets moved to spec

AFK manager on DM is needed.

Fixed it. Recompiled latest ver and redid cfg.
Also added a damage counter while I was changing stuff.

Also can you remove that 2nd cfg folder? Seems like a really old backup.

I think it was just the cfg that had to be redone.
