Mass freekilled and left to avoid punishment, obviously did it intentionally.
Need ban reason changed to mass freekilling, the name changed to *-* Trading csgolotto.com and a permanent ct-ban applied.

He had been doing a lot of things wrong before hand when I was on e.g freekills, armory camping.
