Hey,
I was there as a witness, he wasn't lag switching killer (LIMITED) and so I didn't ban him at the time. He could of easily had very high choke or loss. It's unfair to call someone out as cheating when they are lagging.
Btw: You have to provide ticks.

Lmao. Declined. Firstly, there is no way you can determine if
person to lag across your screen. Everyone gets lag. If you get salty cause you cant kill someone lagging. Then leave the server and come
back later.
I personally have played with dandy when he has been lagging and when he hasnt. Happens to everyone. get over yourself.
