After being asked to stop, priority speaker was enabled. Once disabled he began to micspam once again.
Seems to be a consistent this with him, constantly mic spamming.

Cookie mic spams a hella ton at the end of the map. I've asked him to stop multiple times but I guess he doesn't listen
