Stan or Kaelin. Has been trying to scam fellow invex members for skins
Has been using the method saying he will pay first using paypal than ask for skins than charge back the money to his account.

Can confirm. On the server continous begging for Morty to do a paypal trade and was trying to use the Server as a way to scam another player. +1 ban him. Not his first offense either
