headass Racism - Nigel - 07-07-2017
If i got a ban for killing headass, which may not have been the appropriate thing to do, but still purposely said racist and actually demeaning words to someone who has said they were from Africa. I do think it is fair that i get a ban, but i also strongly believe proxy/headass should get a ban as well. I asked him not to say it, and lets be honest, as all other twelve year olds, he wouldve kept saying it. He even admitted saying the word and purposely saying it to annoy me. As someone who has been gagged for typing "nigeria" i think its fair he gets a ban.
He broke 3 of the 9 golden/general jailbreak rules.
R2: Be respectful to other players, abuse WILL NOT be tolerated.
R3: DO NOT verbally or non-verbally discriminate other players. This includes remarks about peoples age, gender, ethnicity or cultures.
R6: DO NOT spam the chat or your microphone. Please use your natural voice. (as he basically screamed it in his mic)
I find it hilarious how he breaks several rules, and purposely tries to piss me off and has the audacity to make an abuse report on me. I request you ask Nipples or anyone on at the time.

I've already warned him for this on his thread, if he does it again there will be a punishment put in place.
The admin team have concluded that this is NOT abuse.
