After reviewing the demo (http://fastdl.invexgaming.com.au/fastdl/InvexG/11171/demo/07-07-2017-1956-surf_dust2_2014_v2_overcore.dem.bz2) I can confirm that he was intentionally gun spamming, even after being told to stop on two different occasions. He also did minor mic spam. He will now be permanently banned.
The admin team have concluded that this is abuse and will now take the appropriate course of action.
