After reviewing the demo (http://fastdl.invexgaming.com.au/fastdl/InvexG/11171/demo/08-07-2017-2104-surf_rebel_scaz_invex.dem.bz2) I can confirm that he was aim hacking. He is now permanently banned.
The admin team have concluded that this is abuse and will now take the appropriate course of action.
