It's under commen sense.
Edit: it's like fucking saying, Let's wallhack in a game of csgo, not allowed obviously as it brings an advantage to the user of the enemy's location.
The tactical grenade is meant to be used on normal days as a 3second wallhack to see were t's are. Just tell me why tf would you be able to use a wallhack to find someone on a day called "Hide N Seek" where you need to find the prisoners legitimately?

Not really cause your given the grenade for a reason to see them through walls if it is such a big problem then it should be taken away at the start of the day
