I can confirm, past few weeks/days he has been on CT and doesn't know how to play. He is freekilling and refusing to slay.

He only freekilled 1 person which was you Dandy (BANNED). Round 3/12 cell orders were given, however; NycoN gave invalid orders and said that it's a freeday because orders weren't given before 12:30, when the actual rule states that it's 12:00, not 12:30. Cell doors opened, people went to go get guns and didn't follow orders resulting in them being KOS as of wardens orders.
Anyways I'll just warn him this time, same goes for you NycoN, don't spread false rules.

The admin team have concluded that this is abuse and will now take the appropriate course of action.
