Jailbreak Spectating - Aorty - 30-07-2017
There is a bug/glitch when you are spectating. So when you goo into freecam mode if someone is holding shift or couch you will go significantly slower. idk if this is on purpose but i hope it gets fixed!

Yeah Like asriel said, Pretty sure it is not server wise but game client. Doubt there is anything we can do sorry.
PoosKi's Pro Tip #1 : Spectate someone who isn't Crouching/Slow Walking so you can go fast again!
