The actual abuse happened to Mincinfinpapa but i noticed he was quite new and so i got him to give me the details of the incident so i could make the abuse report for him with the ticks.

Both myself and Mincinfinpapa asked nicely, multiple times, for him to slay. He refused.

Instructions were to shift walk and i did but he killed me saying that I jumped when i didn't. Can confirm.

Watched the demo.
You were previously moving around in/outside of the stack whilst you were meant to be button frozen at the bottom of the ramp. You never asked the warden to forgive you meaning you were still a rebel.

He was killed for "jumping" not only that, but he wasn't called or claimed k.o.s by any ct. He also was not killed during the process of moving to beams, therefore no intent for him to be killed was present..
D12: KOS/Kill On Sight - If you are branded KOS, GUARDS may kill you on sight. - Was not mentioned, therefore does not apply.

Yes i didn't button freeze but they had no intention to kill me, Chaos later kills me and says I was KOS for something i didn't do.

Its simply coincidental that he was moving before this happened. Although he wasn't killed for that. You can hear through comms "he was jumping when told to shift walk" soooo i find it stupid that because of a previous event, it is deemed "ok" to kill him for a different reason and get away with it? Doesn't make sense.

I guess it's not a freekill if he was previously KOS, but he will be given a warning to be more careful when killing prisoners next time (not abuse related).
