After reviewing the demo (13-08-2017-1637-am_nuke.dem) I can confirm that he was using blatant cheats. They are now perm banned. In the future Swo-Z you have permissions to ban people for up to 1 day (!ban <playername> 1440 <reason>), however, when a player has spaces in their name it may be better to use the !admin console.
The admin team have concluded that this is abuse and will now take the appropriate course of action.
