Literally got banned 5 minutes ago on the 1v1 server, after not logging onto csgo for over a week. I was only in the server for roughly 30 seconds and i got permabanned for duplicate account which i dont really know what that means. im happy to speak to whoever, because the 1v1 server is the only custom server i play on.

As your ban was for a "duplicate" account it normally means someone was banned on the server using the same IP as yourself.
To get started I would recommend linking all of your steam account's ids if you have them.
