Maybe once you've payed for VIP through paypal, you recieve an email with a special code that you use on the invex server you've chosen for VIP.
Example:
CODE: 19402
*types on jailbreak server*: !vip 19402
Not sure if this is easy to do but could be easier instead of waiting a possible 24 hours.

Yeah lol it's already automatic, you just have to wait for the server to restart for it to refresh the perms/vip list.
