CT7: GUARDS must wait a total of 5 seconds for PRISONERS to exit their cells before killing PRISONERS still in cells.

You must allow 5 seconds for Prisoners to get out of cells and do cell orders, as this is your second offence @GeorgeTheBitch you will receive a 60 minute CT ban.
