xo/dobby multiple freekills - zac - 28-09-2017
This is my abuse report on xo or dobby.
He freekilled me on Obama, then after me asking was focusing primarily on me and continued to freekill me multiple times.

Another thing to take a look at is on round 2/1 of bravo70 xo has his crosshair on me nearly the whole round just showing how he really wants me to slip up in the slightest so he can be "nazi" and kill me
I also found that magikarp conveniantly didnt punish xo for any of his 3 freekills when he was present during all of them. He couldve genuinely not seen any of them but Goegre did actually inform him of his second freekill and he didn't seem to care. I don't want to accuse him of favoritism but I think it could be present.
I hope the admin reviewing this does it in a fair way and doesn't just dismiss it because "Its just dobby."

nah nah all seriousness i shot you like 4 times during lr and then got slapped by magi and stopped, dunno how i "kept going after you asked me to stop"
and i was told you cheated lr so i shot you :3
and on bravo i freekilled you coz you were spamming me and being an annoying cunt :3

Well you should still take responsibility for what you did. Someone telling you that I cheated when I didn't is still your fault for taking someones word who was wrong. And if you could shows proof of the "spam" that would probably help your case so why don't you?
And in the LR I literally said "stop interfering with my LR" and you kept going THEN magi slapped you. (Which didn't even kill you)

I saw him interfering with the LR which is why i slapped him. He stopped.
I didn't see any of the other ones as I was tabbing out constantly dealing with other issues at the time, or wardening and not paying much attention to notice small things, like you leaving the confines of pool.
Also that last one is legit 4-5 seconds. I doubt he was staring at the clock waiting for 5 seconds.
It was probably a general estimate and an honest mistake.
I usually trust my Ct's judgement on the matters which is why I didn't question the ones I was there for.

Intentionally freekilling because someone is 'annoying' is not ok and will be dealt with harshly, please do not do this again
As this is your first offence in a while I'll give you a 60 minute CT ban spent alive, however; if this re-occurs it will be a much bigger time.
The admin team have concluded that this is abuse and will now take the appropriate course of action.
