I've had this problem a few times, dunno if the same thing will help for you but yeah.
Go to your steam settings > In-Game > In-Game server browser: Max pings / minute and try lowering this from 5000 to like 3000, seemed to help for me temporarily at least anyways. unluhkyy

Turn it off for 30 seconds and then turn it back on. Hope that helped
