Flick.exe linking to Steam detail stealing site - Squidward - 19-10-2017 Linked me to https://csgo-headshot.cf which is a fake site, that asks you to login without using the Steam login page, I assume logging any info that is put in You can even test it by putting a random username and password, and it will still accept it. There isn't even a site after you 'log in' (with fake info ofc) so he couldn't have been able to actually use the site, so I'm guessing he made the site himself. (click pics to enlarge) I understand that this isn't really an Invex issue but I'd hate to see him scamming other Invex members since he's fairly active on servers... Also a PSA, before you enter ur steam info anywhere, check the URL and make sure you're logging in through the steam page not a random one RE: Flick.exe linking to Steam detail stealing site - Kaos - 19-10-2017 can confirm RE: Flick.exe linking to Steam detail stealing site - Magikarp - 19-10-2017 CAn cONfIrM https://gyazo.com/d04395dd00707cd595823668874a0c9f RE: Flick.exe linking to Steam detail stealing site - zac - 19-10-2017 I assume he tried to do it to me too what a loser http://prntscr.com/gzck2s Flick.exe linking to Steam detail stealing site - Forgotten - 20-10-2017 Scamming Steam accounts causes a very big problem if done right, especially if done on admins as they have permissions on Invex servers. Flick.exe will receive a 3 month ban, appealable on 20/11/17 (1 month). If ANYBODY has logged in with their Steam details using this site, please change your Steam password. You can learn how to do so here. The admin team have concluded that this is abuse and will now take the appropriate course of action. This is an automated post. |
