i have already had a ban for this offence, not sure if anyone has seen this but thats my old old profile picture, i got my sentence before for this, im sure it cant be used twice?

you still need to indicate hotcell by saying "if i shoot into your cell, you're a hotcell" or putting a beam and "if i put a beam into your cell, you're a hotcell"

This is not old evidence, in the Youtube recording you can see in chat that NycoN types !pt in chat and it shows his playtime, that playtime number is recent so it's impossible that this can be old evidence.
As for the offence, you forgot to mark hotcell, as you've had many previous offences a minor rule break will add up to a lot so you will be given a 60 minute CT ban. However; the next 1 or 2 CT bans you get will be permanent, as stated in your previous CT unban appeal.
The admin team have concluded that this is abuse and will now take the appropriate course of action.
