rustylad unban appeal - lb - 14-11-2017
So I'm making this unban appeal on behalf of rustylad. Earlier today I made an abuse report on rustylad for evading a ban. I obviously did not do enough research in this ban as I believe that the supposed "smurf" rustylad got banned on the 1v1 server was actually somebody else impersonating rustylad. After rustylad got banned he msged me on steam saying that he had been framed and that it was not him who had hacked on the account that got banned off the 1v1 server. He asked me to look into this matter so I did. So to start off I went onto the profile that got banned off of the 1v1 server (https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198383415738/). I went to check his past names and found a list of them which consisted of RustyLad (SMURF), RustyLad IM AFK, RustyLad, RustyFag, NeoV2, The Wheel chair worrier, RustyLad IS A FAT WHEELCHAIR, RustyLad IS A FAT WHEELCHAIR FAG, and Jack. This was my first indication that this was not rustylad as in an incident that happened awhile ago RustyLad was constantly bullied on the server being called a wheelchair warrior and this bothered him alot, I dont believe that the real rustylad would change his name to such things as this as he hated constantly being called a wheelchair warrior on the servers. I remember seeing somebody on the combat surf server awhile ago and before impersonating rustylad I believe that he also impersonated another player called Phil Mi Cavity, and in his previous names you can see he also kinda impersonated Neo.
Also rustylad linked me this profile, telling me that this was his real alt http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198426656778/ and this alt account has some of the same past names that rustylads main account has http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198403184478/ (CraigPhillipPatterson)

i've seen him on with the name wheel chair warrior and heard him speak w/ that name on surf.

I know the guy you are talking about on 1v1 its not rustylad ive talked to him although rustylad did change his name to wheelchair warrior a while back but that guy is not the real rustylad

just want to add that after speaking with rustylad he said that the account that got banned off of the 1v1 server was his friends. Not sure if this is true or not but just wanted to add this in.

If he uses/shared an account, he should know the risk of being banned. If the guy was his friend and used said acc there would be different IP's which I think staff can check. His main account has bans on it anyway so there's a bigger chance of been him anyway.

There is more than just the name of the account which links it to RustyLad. As noname said, he is liable for every account that plays on the server on the same IP as him. If RustyLad wants to challenge his ban then he can do so on his own account and create an unban request where he should link all of his current and previous accounts.
Your unban appeal has been DENIED and this thread has been closed.
