His main account, STEAM_1:1:156627234 never actually got banned before, so he may come back on with it, checked sourcebans and the steam id never got banned

I was there and im pretty sure Chappo banned him for a day lol.
But yeah it doesn't say he has been banned.
The alt account I just banned shows up in the sourcebans though.
