Basically, Hyst your orders have to include the prisoners leaving cells, which you didn't. Then Proceeded to spray down everyone outside their cells. Everyone was outside their cells but left two t's to go to LR (even though they didn't follow orders) which is favouritism.

ecks dee I didn't leave 2 t's. I asked cts to kill everyone outside of cells, and you must forgive the last 2 t's. they were just lucky in this instance.

well, you did leave two t's, which were rebels and you have to prioritise non rebelling prisoners over rebelling prisoners.

Everyone outside of the cells were rebels. They weren't following orders. The last two ran away, they were rebels nonetheless.

You have to give orders to leave cells and thats that.
CT1: Cells must be opened, with orders for PRISONERS to leave cells given, by 12:00. Otherwise the day must be a FREEDAY.

@"Sausage" it says they have to be out of cells by 12:00 that doesn't mean he isn't allowed telling them to stay in cells just sayin2
