Got called again saying there was another hacker on the server he was going 24-5 which just in it self is crazy but achievable after watching him it looks like he has some kind of no recoil or lock as he was spraying a guy down i saw that his cross hair wasn't acting like a normal spray but locking on to the person. He also liked to aim really high up in the air where no head would be which made me think if he had it up so he could hit crazy flicks.
After going over the demo at 7601 you can see that even though the guy is walking he watches the angles just before he goes to peek out. At 30689 you can see he has an obvious aim lock snapping to the head.
