PTOTM?
Just a suggestion but i think we should have a system that encourages people to be on more called PTOTM. Just like WOTM/ROTM but for all {incest) gaming servers where top 3 players who have been playing the longest for that month get a reward maybe vip or a achievement on there forums account?

I don't like this idea. Playtime isn't a good indicator in a lot of ways.
We don't have a way to track monthly playtime (as of right now the plugin only does totals).
Also this would encourage people to idle the servers.
I've already caught a few people idling on servers to try and finish CT bans or increase playtime.
-1 from me overall.

I agree w/ Byte, i don't this this should be introduced.
Firstly, playtime is a small factor when in comparison to other events. Where Rebel & Warden OTM highlight achievements for individuals who are seen to be capable above and beyond when contrasted against other wardens/rebellers for that month.
Playtime is a thing that can be easily manipulated, people already do it to gain credits or to wait out ct-bans. A simple script of knifing/moving, will allow an individual to remain 'active' and not get swapped to spec. I've seen countless scripts and methods to remain 'active' when individuals are realistically doing something else or not even at their computer. This would make it an unfair advantage to other users who play legit and try to get their credits/playtime up normally.
I feel as this would just encourage some of our player base to stay up late afking, to gain extra playtime in order to gain whatever attribute this 'PTOTM' award would give. In my eyes, it would not be a suitable feature to be added to our servers.

Not a bad idea but it'll just make people idle on the servers, plus as Byte said there's no real monthly playtime recorder.
