Ancient_Tome Jailbreak Unban Request - Ancient_Tome - 02-12-2017

As you can see I jetpacked onto the top of race on jb_mountaincraft. Another player, Tobs, did the exact same thing. Once Pepedoge asked who was up there, I came down and pointed out that Tobs was also doing the same thing, before being banned for a day.
I pixel walked once before about 15 minutes earlier on the same map, however after being slapped by Pepedoge I climbed back down and didn't pixel walk again. Pepedoge claims that I pixel walked a second time however I climbed onto a part of the mountain that is accessible without using jetpack or pixel walking. He may have thought I was pixel walking due to him being on the other side of the map at the time. However, due to his warning, I climbed down yet again. Then, 10 minutes later I was banned, as seen in the video above.
I believe a one day ban is unjust for such a petty offence, considering pixel walking and using jetpack to reach certain map areas isn't even mentioned in the jailbreak rules. I also believe it is unfair that Tobs didn't receive a punishment for doing the exact same thing as me. Pepedoge is a new admin so obviously he is still learning the correct lengths for bans, and I don't blame him for wanting to demonstrate his new authority by giving me a day long ban. However, I would appreciate my ban length being shortened in light of the harmlessness of what I did, and the fact that after being warned by Pepedoge, I removed myself from the area. I was not aware what I was doing was wrong until Pepedoge banned me without explanation or warning.

You missed the part where I warned Tobs, like I warned you. I gave you multiple warnings and you continued to map exploit. I warned him after you were banned and he hopped straight down and didn't do it again.

Explot: make use of (a situation) in a way considered unfair or underhand.
Pixel walking for 5 seconds on a mountain due to my boredom at the lack of prisoners rebelling doesn't seem to be exploiting the map in anyway. Sure, if I was pixel walking to a hidden location and shooting prisoners through walls it could be considered exploiting, but what I did could hardly be considered exploiting.

just gonna add that no one has ever been warned or banned for doing this to my knowledge, and it's also a very common thing to do where a warden adds as part of the map game that the T's aren't allowed to jetpack on the railings. People will also always do this on hybrid climb on the same map, which is the exact same thing, and no one has ever been told that this is map exploiting

Just my input, i mentioned to pepe that if an individual is continuously map exploiting, then warn them, if they continue, ban them. However i didn't see what events unfolded, due to making an abuse report at the time.

He first map exploited by pixel walking, which I slapped him and told him to hop down which he did. Another round he climbed the mountain and I told him to get down once again, I told him that it was his last warn. I asked n8 what sort of punishment it was for a map exploit and he told me it was a ban and that I should ban him for a day if he does it again. He jetpacked up ontop of the wall of race which then I banned him for a day.
NOTE: I deleted the abuse report to make things easier and keep it on one thread instead of two separate threads on the same topic.

Pepedoge you clearly do not understand what exploitation is! Please stop saying what I did was map exploiting. Nothing I did gave me any sort of advantage over the prisoners, nor was that my intention. What I did would be more aptly described as accessing normally inaccessible locations.

IAmDora the admins are well aware of my ban history, there is no need for you to tag them in it. As for your paragraph, your English is so disjointed and broken that I honestly cannot understand what you are trying to say.
