Let ts abort their own lr...
Pros: when a glitch happens (https://www.invexgaming.com.au/showthread.php?tid=4999) they'll be able to do the selected lr with an admin being on.
If someone chooses the wrong lr they can change lrs
Cons: Can easily abused

The bug report you linked is a year old and i haven't seen it happen as of lately.... (16-12-2016)
I'm going to have to -1 this because of how it can be abused. T loses LR, T aborts, T re-does LR and wins = ez mode.
even if they only got 1 abort its still easy to abuse...
Most of the time you can adapt and work around the 1 off glitches like going and grabbing a p250 and using that to guntoss. (using the bug report you linked)

In saying that pretty much any perms can be abused.... Talking perms, typing perms, warden tools, jetpack and bhop like everything else it can be abused and if abused an abuse report needs to be made. To address the "old bug" it happened last map. Thanks for the feedback though

I agree with Magi, it is easy to abuse. If it wasn't I think it would be a great edition.
Maybe if you could make it a 2 step process like say if a T is trying to abuse it after losing the go to abort using !abort of whatever it would be and then a popup comes up on ct's screen confirming if its a proper abort within set guidelines that would have to be made but seems like to much work tbh for something that doesn't ever have to happen if people just take a sec and be careful with what key they press.

if this was implemented a rule would be can't use it for rebellious intentions
but as a fellow member of the senior member group i recommend that this is kept as an admin perm

-1 can be abused easily and what magi said. if they have it on bind it can be abused really easy.

You could make it so both parties have to accept the cancellation. This way if someone presses the wrong lr they can change and abuse would be limited
