The first instance was not a jailcamp.
As for the second one, it was a jailcamp (he entered jail and sticked around for maybe 3 seconds and 2 people happened to come out so he killed them both).
I'd say its too harsh to give out a ban just for that given he has no prior bans.
Keep an eye out if he continues to do the same thing over and over but only a warning will be issued this time.
The admin team have concluded that this is NOT abuse.
No further action will be taken.
