In the Combat surf store after you select "Player Skins" there is "terrorist" and "counter-terrorist". Should they be capitilised?

This is not a bug and its also not a typo.
Basically the way I read config files in my plugins, it stores the first occurrence of the string the game engine sees and it happened to be with that capitalisation.
Its not a big deal but I've been planning to read config files in a different way to fix.
