Do you meet all admin application requirements (40 hours on severs/10 posts on forums/etc): 4 posts and 1 thread ;(
Have you thoroughly read the server rules for the server you are applying for admin on? Yeah, and i know the rules of jailbreak.
Have you donated to the server? Yeah about 1-2 months ago. Just not feeling like donating any of my skins atm. Probs later on
Name at least one current server administrator/global administrator/staff member who has recommended you to apply? Dont think any of them have. I just wanted to.
Why do you want to be an admin on Invex Gaming? I have always wanted to become an admin on surf and jb when it first came out. I know the rules and I wanna be able to slay or ban people who free kill, etc. I am also on sometimes when there are no admins on and there are people getting away with this.

I'm honestly neutral you seem to understand most things about jb and you are very active but I think might go too far with banning because you do always try to get the wrong out of things and not see things from other pov e.g. Expectations when a warden give an instruction like "Nazi" guards
Edit: you also don't meet the admin requirements from posts or a recomendation so watch out for that

You don't meet the requirements which mean you shouldn't have posted an application.
Also I suggest getting some more gametime so that more admins have a change to play with you so they can +1 or -1 properly.
