As seen in the video, Squidward encourages the prisoners to map exploit and explains to them how they can do it. He tells them that they can jetpack and hit the trigger volume that teleports them to the next checkpoint, allowing them to skip sections of the bhop game. The map developer obviously did not intend for this to be possible, as the map was designed without jetpack in mind. By using jetpack to skip through the game, prisoners would receive an advantage and thus it is considered map exploiting. Squidward is explaining to the prisoners how to do this and is encouraging them to do it. Later in the video, he then begins to play the bhop game himself as a CT, which is against the rules. He says that he could beat all of them, meaning he was obviously intending to perform the map exploit to beat them. So, he encouraged map exploiting, played a map game as CT, and intended to perform a map exploit. As an admin, this behaviour is disgusting and he should be temporarily demoted for such a blatant disregard for server rules.

Yes, it is a map exploit. The teleport trigger volumes are meant to teleport you to the last checkpoint if you fall. You are encouraging them to be used to teleport to the next checkpoint, which is not their intended use. As such, you are encouraging map mechanics to be exploited to your advantage.

You're not going to bother arguing it as you know you are in the wrong. There is nothing you can say to excuse the fact that you are encouraging the use of a map mechanic in an unintentionally advantageous way, you intended to do so yourself, and you played a map game as guard.

Map exploiting is getting out of the map, into spots where textures don't load, getting into an unreachable spot or pixel walking on sections unintended.
Using jetpack to skip small sections of a bhop/climb? I have never heard of players getting punished for this. Jetpack is an unlockable.
A REWARD to assist players in getting an advantage over the others. Thats why it encourages players to play more or get vip.
Telling a T how to skip a bit in bhop is not against the rules. Its showing map tricks and tips to new players. Something an Admin should be doing.
That's like saying jetpacking up to a teleporter is map exploiting.
