Different Skyboxes - lb - 15-12-2017
Have different looking skyboxes for each map that is randomized so the maps look nicer / we get some variety
E.g. Blue Sky, Starry Night etc.

Commands:
- !skybox - Turn the custom skyboxes on or off
- !changeskybox (admin only) - Admin command for admins to change the skybox for everbody with custom skybox enabled
