apparently freekilled dora as well as changing mind about forgivness
For the 2nd offence it could be justified based on the premice that the t had not allready rushed back however he did not know where the t was or if he was rushing back and in the context he said "You are no longer Forgiven" (somethinig along those lines) makes it sound as if he is just changing his mind because he wants to

Will add to this thanks tho jared but jared was the warden at the time and he said dora come back with no guns and ur forgiven note i was the only rebel at the time. I walked outta armoury to get popped by sasha as he refused to slay after and made the excuse that i had a gun on me (thanks jared)
