Have a command that lets people know what day it is. example: !today "Today is a Hunger games day". or "Today is a freeday." or "Today is a normal day".

+1 i think this is a great suggestion especially for poeple that join late into a round or for people without mic's that didn't hear what day it is.
This can likely lead to a lower amount of mic spam at 12:30 as people wont need to be screaming what special day is this.
Also this sounds pretty easy to implement

chat says what day it is, warning says what day it is, asking someone says what day it is, if youre paying attention you know what day it is, not needed
forgotten used to have a bind to saywhat day it is

asriel it isnt necessary but does allow people another way to find out, more the meerrier
