basically using an exploit and then killss 5 people with his knife in a 1hp DECOY round

Where in the rules does it say that I can not knife on a 1hp decoy round? I had a knife so I assumed you could knife, Hardcore even knifed on the 1hp decoy round before.

Definetly did this, also jail camps by placing the decoys at the teleport in to jail a bit later into the round. Can confirm that this occured.

if ur not spawned in with a knife then do you think you should have one ? and maybe not do !knife to win a decoy round

When did I ever do !knife? I spawned with it so I thought I could use it.
I had no idea you could do !knife in a decoy round.
I also thought that one or more players was randomly selected and given a knife, I never knew it was against the rules I just thought it was a scummy thing to do. Every time I have done a decoy round someone has had a knife sometimes an entire team wold have a knife and the other wouldn't. If you spawn with a knife or a gun you are most likely going to use it, especially if you don't know that it is a bug.
