Waffles was verbally abusing V A L L E Y in jailbreak and after warnings he continued to abuse.

This is abuse but there is no context and no demo was provided.
Please provide the demo link + round number next time even if you don't download it etc.
The context is important.
Based on that alone, no punishment will be given.
There are no prior bans either.
If this abuse continues and there is no admin on to deal with it, make another report (including demo).
The admin team have concluded that this is abuse and will now take the appropriate course of action.
