sorry for saying ur name Forgotten, didnt think it was a secret as it was on the forums and widely known amongst the community, but I see why you still wouldn't want people saying it, and I regret what I did.

It doesn’t ‘offend’ me, lol, just hate it cause i get random people adding me on social media which i obviously don’t want.
However since your ban all i have got is people saying my name now and being lead to believe that it’s just okay to go around telling everyone (take @"Seth-Z" as an example yells out my name constantly and when confronted about it he says in private steam chat ‘i thought it was alright because of what 50 said on the forums’), not to mention you telling all your friends what my name is off the server privately.
Prime example: I go on Surf just to have some fun and i get your friend Spunno (LIMITED) ban evading, when he decides to micspam
and i mute him (not knowing who he is at the time) he responds with my full name and some smartass response so i perm ban him for 1) ban evading 2) leaking my full name which you most likely told him since you’re best friends with him and this has only happened since your ban, i’ve never even heard or spoke to this random since you’ve been unbanned.
Then i’m casually on a bhop server and you and all your friends come on and tell pretty much the whole server what my name is and constantly annoy me when i’m just trying to have some downtime and just cas bhop off of invex.

This is entirely a personal information leakage ban.
DDOS threats however are still not allowed and should not be joked about.
As for your ban, you have continued to leak personal information and break our rules on and off our server (ban evading + leaking personal information elsewhere).
You've done this as little as 7 days ago.
Your ban was going to be reevaluated at the 1 month point (today) regardless of whether you made an appeal or not.
As a result of ongoing leakage of personal information, your ban will now be increased to a permanent ban.
This is still appealable on 05/03/2018 (the original 3 month date).
Even if you cause no more issues from this point onwards, you have a small chance of being unbanned.
Your unban appeal has been DENIED and this thread has been closed.
