Simple request really.
Allow anyone to join !guard queue. BUT when it goes to swap them to ct, make it do a comms check and if they are muted remove them from queue.
Yes they might only have a 5 min mute but it adds extra consequences to people who mic spam. At the moment there are a lot of people joining ct with no mic or when they are muted.
TLDR: Make the guard plugin check to see if the players muted before moving them to ct.

Yeah this should have been added sooner, would definitely make things less frustrating for other cts

+1 this saves admins a huge hassle and prevents multiple abuse reports on people who go on guard without mics
