Can confirm this, he also speaks over warden a lot which is extremely annoying.

Okay so while this is abuse and he is mic spamming, no punishment will be given (only a warning).
If admins see him doing it again, please tell him to be quieter, it seems from the demo he isn't doing it very intentionally/to annoy people.
If this continues, please make another report.
The admin team have concluded that this is abuse and will now take the appropriate course of action.
