I thought making it that you can choose what song you want to play at the end of the round could be cool as half of the songs currently on are garbage and some of them are good.

+1 make it came up with the song list just like warden/admin menu then we can choose the songs that we want.

The plugin picks a random song from the batch to play at the end.
If you don't like the songs, you can turn off res using the !res command.
If you want to contribute songs, there is a thread where you can do that:

We don't just add songs that only you like, we take suggestions and input from the entire community to get a selection of different RES songs.
TL;DR Either turn it off or stop whining.
