Allow !wt and !w to be used on a custom special day
right now, when custom special day is chosen, there is no warden, and warden tools cant be used.
these days are pretty useless without the tools

+1 , but I think there needs to be new rules on custom day, Can t’s rebel on Custom days? Things like that
