Already been suggested, pretty sure it isn't possible as it is client sided.

Also just change around volume/voice scale eg volume 0.1 voice_scale 2 obviously not these exact numbers but you get the point.

Yeah but it will just make it rly weird. Try playing with no sound I'm -1ing just because I won't personally like it but hey that's pretty retarded thinking back on it
