One trophy, one winner!
Show us your artistic side and compete in our Invex Pinturillo 2 championships.
Invex is home to various veteran Pinturillo 2 players so expect the competition to be fierce.
The event will run for 1-2 hours. Others are free to stay for as long as they like after the event concludes.

Post-event:
After the event concludes a room will be hosted at andchill.tv for those that would like to stick around and watch various community provided Youtube/Twitch clips together.

Preparation

No account is needed to play Pinturillo 2, simply show up and play.
Feel free to prepare beforehand and learn how to join a private lobby on the website (you will be joining a fair few during the event).
No other preparation is needed.

Guidelines

Follow all regular Invex rules.
You must use your forum username and your forum username only during the event. If you wish to use another name, you must get it pre-approved.
Do not harass anybody.
Do not impersonate anybody.
You may invite other people to join during the night for this event. No prior registration is required, just show up!
There is to be absolutely no racist or extremely offensives names from anybody for the duration of the event. Breaking this rule will give you an instant 1 month ban from the forums, Discord and servers with absolutely no exceptions or any warnings.

How to Enter

Spots available: 64 players maximum

Ensure you can 100% play on the night for at least 1 hour.

Format and Rules

All games will use the English library of words.

The initial lobbies will be based on the randomly generated brackets.

The initial lobbies will have 8 players each.
In each round, the top half the number of total players in the lobby will proceed to the next round.

The bottom half will be eliminated. If you are eliminated early, feel free to play games with other eliminated players.

A screenshot must be provided from all players who finish in the top half to prove they won.

The final game of the competition will include the top 4 players (1v1v1v1) seeded based on previous round points.

Discord voice channels will be setup for each lobby so players can talk to each other during the game.
An additional public voice channel will also be available for general voice comms.

Rules:

Writing out words is not allowed.

Not participating/drawing or drawing things incorrectly on purpose is not allowed.

Sending words to other people in any way is not allowed (play fairly).

Giving hints to any other player is not allowed.

Using the 'expulsar' feature is not allowed and will result in an instant disqualification.

If you leave an active game by mistake you risk being disqualified.

Invex Surf Tournament 2018

Come compete against the best Combat Surfers in OCE.
This event is for competitive surf players who want to show off their skills.
This event is a double elimination tournament featuring teams of 4 players (and 1 sub).
Make sure to join the Discord server on the night so we can organise channels and give everybody proper instructions.

Guidelines

Follow the Ban Guidelines at all times and do not commit any Invex Gaming offence.
You can find a list of the Surf Rules here. Please follow them at all times.
You must use your forum username and your forum username only during the event. If you wish to use another name, you must get it pre-approved.
Do not invite other people to join, all Steam IDs not on the pre-approved list will be autokicked.
You and your team may be disqualified if you fail to follow the above guidelines.

Tournament Specific Rules

The game admin has full authority over the game. Listen to them.
Each team must have 4 players (with 1 optional sub).
Each team must select 4 players to play before each game starts.
No substitutions are allowed mid-game.
Subs are not allowed to join the server or spectate the game.
This is a double elimination tournament.
All the winners bracket games (expect grand final) will be played on day 1. (7 total games)
All the losers bracket games including the grand final will be played on day 2. (7 total games)
There is a maximum of 14 games that can be played.
Each round will be 4 minutes long.
Team captains must partake in map veto process to determine a map before each game.
Team captains must select the 4 players that will play in each game.
We expect each game to take no longer than 45 minutes.
The winner of each game will be the team to clinch the game (reach 6/11 rounds won).
If a round is a draw (time runs out), a round draw win will be assigned to the team with the most alive members. These do not count towards the total score.
If a game reaches the 45 minute mark and is not about to end soon, the game will be called my the game admin, if the score is a tie, the round draw wins will be taken into consider to determine the winner. If that score is a tie, a 'golden round' will be played to win the entire game.

How to Enter

Spots available: 8 teams (8 teams with 4 players and 1 optional sub)

To reserve your spot, ensure you can 100% play on both nights for the entire duration of the event.
Keep in mind that if you lose 1 game, you will not be playing again on that same day.
If 4 players from your roster are not available to play when they are scheduled, your team will be disqualified.

Issues

Unfortunately some server issues meant 3 people were kicked from their game (in the semi finals) resetting their points and forcing them to miss rounds.
It is unfortunate but it was decided that those games would not be replayed and we would continue with the same rules that were set in place.

Creative Built Event (OFFLINE)

Welcome to our Creative Build Event for Minecraft. Please note this event will be completely offline this time unlike our other community events.

This is because this event is majorly overdue and there is not time to setup other proper Minecraft events. Until then this event will allow people to participate for the Minecraft awards.

Event Duration

The event is open from the time this thread is made public until 11:59PM on the 08/08/2017 AEST.

After that point, no further submissions will be accepted.

Rules

This is a 3 part event. You are required to build something to fit 3 different themes. In other words, you build 3 different things.
You can use any material in any version of Minecraft.
Custom texture packs are allowed.
Teaming is allowed (upto groups of 3).
You may build in offline mode, in a custom server or with a modded client.
You must submit up to 2 screenshots of each item (so up to 6 total screenshots as there are 3 items).
Screenshots must not be processed afterwards (no adding effects etc in Photoshop).
You will be scored out of 10 for each item by three judges for a total of 30 points.
Failure to submit at least 1 screenshot for an item will result in you being awarded 0 points for that item.
Your final score will be out of 30 points.
The highest scoring team will be crowned the champions.
In the event of a tiebreaker, multiple winners will be crowned.
You can use this thread to find team members or discuss ideas etc.
Submissions are to happen via a PM to before the deadline to stop others from copying/stealing ideas.

Free choice of anything (but must contain 1 Banana somewhere, any size, colour etc).

All team members (including any subs) are expected to make the Check-In on the day of the event.
One member from each team is required to record a replay/demo file of the game.
You may use global chat in the first 60 seconds of each game and once the match is finished. Do not use global chat at any other times. Abuse will not be tolerated.
You have a maximum of 10 minutes for pause time per game (this includes time you use to fix any network connection issues).
On the event night you are expected to join the Invex Gaming TeamSpeak Server to make check-ins and receive instructions. This will be the primary communication channel between referees and participants. You are free to use either the TeamSpeak server or any other service for voice communications during the game.
We reserve the right to disqualify those who are found to be breaking these rules, the summoners code or who disrespect or harass other participants.

We will select the 24 tributes, which will fight for their lives and their districts to win the 1st Invexcraft Hunger Games.

Some time ago, our Servers had to stand trolls, ddoses and Scammers, but we were strong and our Community originated from the ashes. But then, the Invex and its 13 opposing servers, which are surrounding it, grew and the districts rebelled. So the Invex had to defeat this rebellion and Fragshit Gaming was destroyed. So that anything like that will never happen again, we invented the InvexCraft Hunger Games.

What are community events?

What are community events?
Community events are online events organised by the Invex Gaming admin team which aim to bring the community together for a night of gaming. A game is picked, a date is organised and then everybody shows up ready to compete or have some fun. There are often prizes or rewards for participating in community events such as forum awards, free VIP or in-game items (skins, RP...etc).

How often are community events hosted?
There is no set schedule for when community events are hosted but they will always be announced on our forums at least 1 week in advance. So simply check the official news section of the forums at least once every week and you'll know when the next one is being held. We try to host at least 1 community event each month.

Who can participate in community events?
Community events are often open to the public but may (in some cases) be restricted to Invex Gaming members. If slots are limited, preference is always given to Veteran members, then Senior Members and finally Members. Participants are encouraged to invite friends and get them involved in the community!

Note: Players who sign up to attend must be willing to show up 100%, don't sign up otherwise. If circumstances change we expect to be notified (and not last minute). Not showing up ruins the game for everybody as teams become stacked and shows us that you do not care about the effort that we put into organising events. For this reason, players who don't show up unexpectedly will not be allowed to participate in the next competitive event (that they wish to participate in) with the next incident banning them permanently from all community events.

Requirements to enter: Be at least level 25 and own at least 10 champions.

Bracket: Single Elimination 1v1. Each match is a best of 1 (bo1) except for the semi-finals, 3rd/4th place decider and finals which are a best of 3 (bo3)

Format (subject to change)

Players can VETO/BAN 3 champions for each match.
Players can then pick any available champion. Picks are blind.
Any masteries and runes are permitted.
Map will be Summoners Rift
The winner of a single game is the first player to do any one of the following:
- Reach one hundred (100) total creep score (cs) from minnions in the middle lane
- Destroy their opponents middle outer tower
- Obtain first blood!
In the semi-final/finals, the first player to win 2 games is declared the winner of the match.
Both of the losers of the semi-finals play each other in a b03 match to determine 3rd and 4th place.
Backing to base, killing jungle camps, killing dragon, killing Baron Nashor and taking red or blue buff are all permitted. However, do not kill any lane minions from other lanes (TOP and BOTTOM).

Rules and Other Information

All participants are expected to follow the summoners code at all times.
You may only participate with your highest ranked League Of Legends account. Do not participate with multiple accounts.
You may participate with any account of any rank (Unranked to Challenger).
Players are expected to remain online and ready to play games on the day(s) of the event. If you are absent for more than 10 minutes from the start of a schedules match you will be forced to forfeit the match and your opponent will receive a bye (in which they proceed to the next round).
After each match, both participants must take a screenshot of the scoreboard so that it clearly shows which participant got first blood, 100 cs or the first tower. This screenshot must then be provided to referees. Failing to provide this screenshot or tampering with the screenshot is grounds for disqualification.
You may use global chat in the first 60 seconds of each game and once the match is finished.
All games except the semi-finals, 3rd/4th place decider and the finals will be played on the 1st day of the event. The remaining games will be played on the 2nd day of the event.
You have a maximum of 5 minutes for pause time per game (this includes time you use to fix any network connection issues).
On the event night you are expected to join the Public Chat room called Invex1v1. This will be the primary communication channel between referees and participants. The secondary communication channel will be our Teamspeak 3 server (optional).
We reserve the right to disqualify those who are found to be breaking these rules, the summoners code or who disrespect or harass other participants.
