I would first like to say I was never toxic in the invex discord server and wasn't doing anymore on a server than arguing with why I was swapped. So I'm not sure why my platform ban has been applied to the severs and discord. Along with my uncertainty over the platform bans I haven't been banned for general toxicity yet so I'm not sure how I'm immediately onto my third offence without a prior warning or ban in the same way this has been done.

Over the past I have been bringing up multiple different issues with the rule set that aren't clearly explained e.g hotcells on clouds and due to there being so many of these issues is the only reason I've been constantly debating with the admins.
I happily accept reason such as when discussing with Pepedoge or the hotcells on clouds that I brought up with Magi where they gave their points and I conceded.
At no point did I take something out of context, I presume you mean when I told sausage that I had been doing what I was doing when Magi was on and he didn't swap me or ban me at that point. Alongside this I never took anything out of context to badmouth someone.
I never manipulated anyone and I don't believe debating rule sets is being toxic.

I was playing surf when Binary told me that typing speed.toggle in console gets you banned, Binary said that he would put it in his console and see if he got banned. He asked me to help him get unbanned so I (stupidly and unaware that it might have consequences) said that I dared him to do it to make it seem like he didn't do it on purpose.

I joined from casual and wanted to turn on Shadowplay and for some reason L-Alt was binded to activate SLAM, still is and im not sure why. Something started playing and by the time I went to disable it a perm mute was already implemented

i was hacking on a shit server for a bit of fun then i came on invex and for got i had cheats i hit like 2 insane shots then was instantly banned i haven't hacked since and am really disappointed that i couldn't participate in the community im very sorry and it will never happen again plz unban me!!!

I would like to be unanned i get that gun spamming is not allowed.
It was in warday on t side in jb_clouds hiding in warday on a hunger games (special day).
I was tired at that point in time and i got bored realizing i was stuck in there so i started throwing guns not caring about the rule.
After realizing about the rule (gun spamming) I decided to throw the guns in the corner trying to conceal them.
I became the 2nd last alive another guy came in war day and we knifed it out kinda.
I really enjoy playing on Jail Break and have spent 6000 minutes to memory on it im there to have a good time and have some fun I normally dont do break any rules and slay if I have to. I get what i did was wrong so if a shortened ban could happen that would be great so I can come back on sooner.

So yesterday Jake mass freekilled four people and refuse to slay himself, so we all were screaming in our mics to get him to slay. By actually telling him to slay he ended up slaying about 3 rounds after. Fair enough we all get punished but my punishment is fucking ridiculous. The punishments were as followed:

SH4W - A 1 day mute & 2 hour ban shall be issued for him screaming at the top of his lungs.

What did I receive? I received a fucking month ban? First of all in the recording I clearly didn't start it I joined in with the crowd. clearly has a bias against me, and anyone with a brain can see this post is fucking ridiculous. This just shows how immature is. I'm requesting my ban to be changed to a four hour, as that's what everyone else got. Inspect the logs you can clearly see I didn't start this. And a fucking month ban is beyond comprehension.

Okay... so i did some bad shit as in abusing shirori (sorry mate) and may have free killed him once... but, he made an abuse report on me (rightfully so i was a dick) and i got perm banned from invex servers... it says the reason for the permanent ban was "racial slur"... but i %100 assure you that i wasn't racist. also it said that i was gun planting, not true or i am to autistic to remember, and that "Homophobic remark" never happened. Yes i deserve a long ass ban for what i did but what really happen is he free killed me mate Jacob twice, then proceed to abuse him in verbal form and refused to slay. so that's when everyone literally abused the fuck out of him, but I am a bit pissed about the fake reports of racial slur, gun plants and being homophobic which lead to me getting a permanent ban from invex jail break, i was 1.000 credits off jet pack as well, fuck.
