Mass Freekiller Matt

Matt has been bullied and abused on the server by people in voice and text chat. I have witnessed him free kill before as a result of the taunts directed at him and his mother. I slayed him for this, but magic moist was one of the players abusing him. Something has to be done, i have even put extended mutes on the players involved but it doesn't seem to solve it. I'm not trying to justify this but this guy is being seriously abused, something similar happened yesterday aswell, some form of punishment has to be given out (if you provide evidence of the accusation).
