"We have been in touch with the provider that hosts our 45.121.210.0/23 ranges. It has been found that a bug in their NSFocus device caused our IPs to stop being announced. We are following up further to find out how this occured. Our recent network upgrades meant that our redundant provider saw this drop and turned its self on within 5 minutes. We sincerely apologise and we are putting everything in place to prevent such occurring."
