There is basically a 0% chance you will get falsely banned, if you get a p.info ban you were leaking someones information on purpose.

Katsu You can always refer to someone as their username (i.e Luke) obviously. With that being said trying to get around the rule (i.e. making your friend change forum name or in game names to someone elses personal information) or linking one user say (i.e. me) and some user with a first name trying to indirectly link them will result in p.info leak bans.
