Yeah its the two orders taht are bound together. They are made separate. Ik it might seem that way but you say em together because it gives you protection kinda until they have an active beacon realesing them from it. Its also not stated but its pretty obvs if you ask me, i mean no one has ever done that before

After that you are allowed to do what you want as long as you aren't delaying the lr you have choosen

it says during LR you may give 2 orders, Lr within 30 seconds and do not go dangerously close, no where does it say active lr's cancell this order
