could we make it so when we do this command sm_change_ctban_time <player> <time> we can put in a reason aswell so we can specify why we changed it.

Mass gun spam on HG

One of them DC's because Citizen tells me in all chat that people are gun spamming.

Please note that some of the no skins went into armoury to get a gun then realised that they couldn't grab one so they left pretty much immediently.
